My experience is the same as the person above me. I set up an appointment 2 times the first address was somewhere on Sunrise, was a waste of time and gas, the second appointment was off Jones and is a Doctors office, with no sign with the name of company., and you can’t get anyone on the phone. I went into the address to find out I was at the right place and the young man at the desk took my application and said I should here something back in a couple of hours, and it has been 6 days and I am still getting the run around, and the person that comes on the phone works from home and can’t get in touch with the people in the office. I don’t think that this is a legitimate company, I told them that my water was scheduled to be off on Friday. It is Wednesday and I am still being told that they are waiting on a call and that I can go to the office and see what they say. If anyone else has had an experience with them please leave a review. Thanks

Anyone can say bad things about a program when they do not get there way. This is a non-profit that do a lot for our company. If people would read the website they would learn all appointments has to be approve. I called them for two weeks in a roll but when I join it was very powerful.

If I could give them less I would. Their location is NOT at either address given on the website. Finally spoke to the Director who claimed he could help. That was on a Friday. I spent the weekend in the park. With the fact that I would be HELPED on Monday. He said he would call me back on Monday.
It's THURSDAY and still no call. LIARS!!! I don't know what this ORGANIZATION is up to but be aware!

The program is a 2 year program the do not fix all your problems right away but, I understand why the time frame is that long. There goals is to help you be in a better position in life.
