Totally unacceptable for this branch to be closed for multiple days due to "air conditioning" issues when's it not even that hot outside! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! THIS IS THE ONLY BRANCH IN THE AREA! SOMEONE SHOULD BE THERE!

Always closed on weekdays, and no one answers the phones. Service was so ignorant I pulled my money out and shut my account down. This place needs to be shutdown

Customer service is horrible, everytime I go there they told me new rules I am doing bussiness with regions last 17 yrs in wynne ,ar branch since they close I have to drive to 1 in Forrest city & I am not happy with them @all , always they bring new drama to me since so I stop to go in Forrest city, now I took my deposits to Jonesboro branch till close this account permanently & open new commercial bussiness account with Another bank.
