We have been with rise for 8 years. Back when they were A&R they were amazing and provided great services. Since switching over to rise and since COVID services have gone downhill (not having enough hours, no staff, canceling services) which was understandable during covid but it continues to get worse and now they won’t even transport both ways it’s just not worth it for only 2 hours a week when my son used to get 12 hours a week and everyday in the summer. They continue to take on clients without staffing the ones they have. I would suggest to look elsewhere which is sad because we are in desperate need of services for our kids!! Do better!!
