Spent my first year here. Love the place and the people. Glad I made the choice to buy here. Hopefully no more flooding for many years as that was an issue. Pool was closed but the word is they are renovating it and making it larger for the 25 season.

Adorable little rv oasis on the river. For years i had fished across the river from here but had never been until recently. Great idea and breath of fresh air when the fields give way to reveal a getaway on the river to enjoy friends, families, and neighbors.

I have not been to Cottonwood Cove since it flooded.

I hope that you get back all of your old customers and in the process, gain some new ones
