do NOT think for one second these people actually care to diagnose you accurately. This business is committed to the best interest of those that fund their practice. It’s disgusting that they would call themselves professionals.

Had an injury at work and was sent to see Dr. William Bohannon he has the worst bedside manors and attitude! I wouldn’t even let him work on an animal. He should quit practicing if he don’t know how yo treat people.

I came in with back problems. I couldn't bend and have severe pain in my mid-back, (thoracic?) spine, and lumbar area. I had some falls and tumbles down stairs so it's about par for the course. The people here have been so nice, attentive, helpful, and most of all they actually listen to what actually makes the issue better!! They went at my back and found all kinds of muscle knots and stuff and still waiting on imaging, but with their exercises, advice, ESTIM machines, and heat pads, the pain has been lessened greatly. Honestly I wouldn't normally give RMC a perfect 5* review, but these people are top notch in my opinion. They go above and beyond and they actually WANT to help you get better, and to lessen your pain. 10/10 experience, and that's not something I say lightly!

Had dot physical done and they do no fax or send it to state dept of Public Safety so be aware when I called they could not give me an answer and kept hanging up on me so they wouldn't have to do their job. Found out as well that you now have to upload your physical card onto the website now so idk if the laws and regulations have changed for Dr's offices to send it in or they've changed to be on you to send it in, please don't get stuck with a suspended license like my husband did, while OTR.

It has been convenient.however every time i am there i get a different nurse practitioner.last visit i was embarassed and scolded like a child.this was for not completing labwork that was unnecessary. This same labwork I get at my primary physician.I just wished to pick up a prescription for bp mrds.the nurse practitioner negotiated only goven me a couple pills til I complete my labs.which have nothing to do with my bp.I am a nurse and DONT negotiate bp meds.so I will go to my primary physician for now on.treating flu and common cold is fine. My bad for expecting more from a nurse.

The staff is always nice, friendly and sincere. Which is great when you are already in pain. Although all the doctors are great and knowledgeable, Dr. Casy is the best! Thank you RMC Occupational Health.
