So I have been here before for my friend's wedding but now I'm renting for a gaming event. It's still a great size for a big crowd. Convenient. And Jacob is a great guy that knows the information. After my event in October, I'll update my review. 🤘🤘

Jared that works here took my child’s phone case on the floor and told me to pick it up and does anything but his job and chases little kids around the rec center and isn’t very respectful

Went for a baby shower on a Saturday. I was surprised to see how quiet it was on a Saturday even though there were plenty of activities going on around the building. Its a nice building with a large hall for parties that includes a kitchen and bathrooms.

The facility I give a 5 star but the service is horrible, the lady that takes care of the rental agreement is very rude. She ask a thousand questions that don't pertain to the rental. She wants to know why you are not renting anything in your own area if you live out the city of Roanoke even though I'm paying the non resident fee. She begins to tell me I need to find something in my own city and she feels that the city is not charging enough she wants them to increase the rental fee. I just felt she was very rude and not professional at all. The facility itself is a great value and you're not going to find anything else as reasonable as this but I will never give them my business and I've told many friends not to rent from here. if you like being treated rude then this is the place for you.
