As I am not a very social person I wasn't too excited but it turned out to be great. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all questions asked by the group. Included everyone in the conversation and was encouraging during practices.

Great class today. Dr. Steve works to ensure that you understand the basics of BLS. And, also provides working examples tailored to individuals professional work needs which helps adults understand application. Very instructive. The "card" was received via email within an hour. I'll go back to renew. Great instructor who knows his stuff.

Got my BLS and first aid certifications here and Dr. Steven Horwitz was very accommodating (I’m 31 weeks pregnant) and he was very informative. Would highly recommend taking classes through them!
