Bianca was so great to work with and got me placed in a position that was perfect for me. She knew my employers well and matched us based on what we both were looking for in an employer/employee. She understood that matching people with other liked minded people is important for a successful working relationship. I fit in well with my new employer and she was absolutely instrumental with that by using her skills of being able to get to know people at a deeper level, not just what is on paper. I am so impressed with these guys! I did a walk-in about 3 weeks ago because I heard good things about Route, and ended up connecting with Bianca.

She literally sat down with me for like 30 minutes and asked me my life story so that she could put together the peices of my personality and what career path would be a best fit for me. She was a very present listener and then was able to reflect back to me so many things about my skills and preferences that I didn’t realize. I didn’t realize recruiters had career counselor talents but I guess it makes sense.

Anyways, I saw her at a business event weeks later and she gave a super warm welcome and we ended up chatting again for a while. I was just super impressed with how genuine she is in finding meaning out of connecting people with the right career and job fits. It sounds like another one of her talents is helping businesses figure out what positions they really might need in their company and then is good at intuiting who would fit in those roles.

Anyways, I digress. Bianca is amazing and helped guide my direction in just 2 conversations. And from what I gathered, it seems like that is the mentality that is fostered amongst the Route company culture. Very impressed!

I've worked with Bianca for about a year now and could not be happier. Incredibly responsive and has been insanely accommodating to my travel schedule and my needs. She took the time on the front end to get to understand how I operate and how I run my firm and what our culture is. Route Networking Group is not your typical recruiter. They are one of the few places I have worked with that really wanted to understand the company culture they were recruiting for. Instead of telling me "oh we have the perfect candidate for you" they met with me several times to understand how I managed my department, the overall feel of the people, and what defined a good candidate in my own words. They are very dedicated to finding people that are a fit for both skills and culture. I would absolutely use them again, and I have at 2 different companies now.
