Initially, I have problems with your computer because you would not let me click on any the choices even though I Guided the cursor and click repeatedly, but nothing would happen
Fortunately, I thank you have a wonderful support system
They were great. They answered the phone very quickly and help me every time whatever issue I was having more specifically alerted me that it was a touchscreen and that made all the difference from that point everything worked perfectly, and I was able to proceed and successfully complete my course. A very easy breezy as in not so stressful experience. I absolutely love the feedback from the program. I want to say AI since everything is AI if there’s no human present. You feel more successful being able to make any corrections needed in that moment. And although I do miss human interaction, it was a great experience. I’m considering taking all of the other certifications just to do it knowing that I will get immediate feedback so that I can make any corrections and understand in the moment what is needed. Absolutely great I recommend it to Everyone. The mannequins are clean. The room is clean everything’s in place and ready to go. Very pleased thank you.

Thank you for providing easy access to the basic life support class. It would be nice if you extend the same availability of sessions to those that need to reschedule. Considering they even paid a reschedule insurance fee of 30 dollars. Otherwise thank you for providing this service.

This is definitely a different experience for me to do hybrid CPR class plus skills test. I like the first turn around and complete at your own pace. Each one has different way and level of learning and truly this technology acknowledges that. I will surely use again in 2 years renewal time.
