If I could give Yasumi Davis six stars, I would! She served as the mediator and advisor to my wife and me as sellers, AND to the buyers of our home. We had already secured the buyers and negotiated a price, but we needed a realtor to make sure we completed all the correct paperwork, and weren’t making any huge mistakes. We were selling at a discounted price and couldn’t justify paying a 6% real estate commission. Yasumi saved us almost $30k! I truly believe Yasumi represented both parties’ interests very fairly. I know we were helped by her knowledge and counsel. The sale closed cleanly with no hiccups. We are very grateful for Yasumi! On top of it all, she is a delightful person, a pleasure to work with.
