If you like to dance or are even remotely interested, Salsa Marin is a great place to learn. My boyfriend and I enjoy Mark's weekly Bachata Dominicana classes, especially because both of us had no bachata experience prior and have been able to learn while enjoying ourselves. Pablo's reggaeton class is also fun. Lovely environment too--instructors, staff, and other class attendees are all very friendly.

Mark is an incredible instructor. Very patient and a lot of fun. This is the best decision we made to learn to dance. His method can be used for salsa, ballroom, cha-cha… he is excellent at adapting to individual learning styles. Can’t recommend it more!

Wow! Last Friday my friend, Gerald, invited me to take part in one of Mark's fantastic Salsa lessons. Gerald told me he has taken many dance classes and that Mark is one of the best! Unlike Gerald I am a complete beginner when it comes to dance in general and Salsa was completely new to me. There were probably 16-18 people in the beginner class and everyone was having a really fun time, even me! Mark could scan the entire group and immediately point out small things each of us could do to get better. I highly recommend Mark and his assistants who made the class really fun. I sat in on the second class for the more experience Salsa dancers and it was just like the first class but a little more complicated steps but everyone was just having a great time. Wonderful way to spend a Friday night!!!

This studio has the best energy! Mark is an amazing salsa teacher who is both an excellent dance instructor but a truly heart-connected, funny, flexible, and intuitive human. His dance classes are even a great adjunct to our couples therapy! 🙂 His guidance is helping us get in our bodies, find a balance between space and togetherness, and to have fun and laugh together! I can't recommend Salsa Marin Dance more highly 🙂
