My sister recently graduated high school, and she received a letter telling her to pick up her diploma on Tuesday of last week. She went in on the day the letter said asking for her diploma and the lady at the office Doanna Joe met her with a rude response of "no you're not because it's not here" and told her she needs to come back. She's an incredibly hard worker and her job is short staffed so it's hard for her to get the week off. She asked me if I could go in just the other day to get her diploma for her, but when I went in the same lady told me I can't get it for her under any circumstances.. only my sister can. Not only was Doanna very rude to my sister, but she was also very short with me as well. As soon as I went up to the counter she welcomed me with "yea what do you want" and it only went down hill from there. I called the district office asking for help and the only thing the lady on the phone told me was there's nothing she can do. I'm very surprised and disappointed with this whole experience. My little sister really needed help with this and we got 0 support.
