Sean is a great case manager, Sam makes a point to form close relationships with clients, and Candice and Eric lead high quality groups. I got way more out of this place than I expected. I was simply hoping for an accountable environment for me to establish good habits that I could continue after the program, but I feel like a completely different person. I'm definitely not scared of relapsing "just because nobody is watching". There is a lot of value from getting to the finish line rather than just dipping out when I felt good to go.

The team at Seek is incredibly attentive and helpful. When I or someone else was not satisfied with the content/direction of our groups, they always listened and made tangible adjustments.
