Too bad Carol was so rude. She missed a great opportunity. I guess if you’re just checking things out you aren’t welcome to laugh,have fun and be friends. I wasn't a sales person and you didn't even find that out

Not a good experience. Very condescending, full of attitude everyday, and not professional. I’m a student and it is my first sewing class, I don’t know what to do. So I ask politely to confirm and I usually get a snippy respond.

I would probably give it a better review, but the lady who was there when I went was so rude. Front door was open and I peeked in to ask if she was opened and she screamed at me from across the room. Too bad, I was really excited to buy some stuff from a small business and not a chain store
