Bad experience! We heard back from SFUSD over a month after the expected timeframe, due to staffing issues or whatever reason. Then they rushed us to complete the whole process in a week (part of which we were of and were told you multiple times things like “if you don’t do this right now you’ll be stuck in a class with 22 kids and no support”. They then wanted to place us in a separate class against our doctor’s recommendation. What a traumatizing experience! I’ll stay clear of public school as long as I can afford it.
