Shep and DP help build not just strength and skill but confidence. It’s with athletes of any level. I’ve had a preteen and a teenager make amazing strides and improved in their sports. Go try his process and see the improvement.

JaCorey is the best! He has helped our son so much with football techniques and just keeping your mind right about playing sports. I recommend him helping with anyone with athletic needs hes so good with kids and talks to them so well and is very truthful.

I have been in the fitness industry since 1999. I have been blessed to train every level of athlete up to professional and am currently a
USA football certified youth foundational football coach. Without a doubt JaCorey is the best Youth athletic trainer I have ever met! Not only does he train my own kids but I use him to train my team athletes as well. I could not recommend a trainer more!

Our daughter is a competitive softball player who recently transitioned in to homeschool. We were looking for ways for her to improve as an athlete during this new season in her life. Her and Jacorey hit it off on day 1 which is huge for us because relationships are a powerful peice of positive influence. She loves working out with him and looks forward to her sessions. It is a blessing to have someone in Royse City that truly cares about your kid becoming the best athlete they can be while also having the knowledge and experience to back it up.

We found this place as an off-season training for our oldest. It has been great fit for our family! Jacorey is professional and lets the kids know ahead of time what his expectations are and then will hold them to it. Whether you are looking for a skilled development in a specific sport or just an all-around work out, Jacorey will get you the end result.

I hate getting up to exercise, but I find it’s fun and worth it when we are all laughing together and perfecting our form! I do circuit training exercises with the owner and a small group of people. Non-judgmental, fun, and caters to your needs and restrictions while also trying to push you to making that goal! I highly recommend this place!

My son and daughter has gone to Coach Shep on a few occasions and he is great but due to kids schedule I haven't been able to return...highly recommended.
