Really great experience when you're in time of need counselors I met are really welcoming and you feel comfortable because you can relate to them, really all the help help from a program when youre in time of need,would like to thank Mr. James,Ms. Charlotte, and Mr. Adrian for all the hard work that sometimes doesn't get noticed.

Program is decent, the workers care but, not perfect. This program gets flawed at its leadership position. Ms. Cook has an "higher than thou" type of attitude, which is destructive to addicts. She can't be wrong and in my case, she was. Any program or organization is only as good as its leadership. She fails miserably, thus the Ark.
