We strongly advise against this daycare, rating it as one of the worst family-run options in the Bay Area. Shruti's excessive time off leaves parents scrambling, while her disengagement from operations and uncooperative behavior indicate a lack of concern for children's well-being. She prioritizes profits, refusing to compromise on anything to assist parents. The repetitive menu led to our child's weight loss, and Shruti's contractual promises of a California mid-day meal plan are false, as she only provides a single Indian meal, Khichadi, every day. She also fails to provide family daycare services, misleading parents with her daycare's name. Sharp objects are frequently left out, posing a risk of accidents. And lastly, she would charging for an app that doesn't provide updates. We urge you to explore alternative options for your child's care.

Look No further, this is the place for your child.

I have tried multiple places including centers and home-based programs. Nothing beats Miss Shruti’s services. I do not generally post reviews, but this one is long due.
I cannot express enough how thankful and pleased I am for Shruti’s Daycare! From the moment I met with Miss Shruti, it was clear that this place is a haven of care and learning. I have 3 kids, an elder daughter and twin boys with special needs. The staff and Miss Shruti were incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the children’s well-being and development.
This place is set apart for daycare from their primary home, it’s bright, clean, and engaging, with a variety of age-appropriate activities that keep the kids stimulated and excited to learn. My daughter has improved so much since starting here, both socially and academically.
Miss Shruti’s Communication is top-notch, with regular updates and insights into my children’s day, which is always appreciated. The flexibility and understanding in accommodating my needs have made this experience truly stress-free for me as a working parent. This place has become second family for us.

Shruti's Family Daycare is a wonderful place for young children to learn, grow, and have fun. We have been sending our daughter Amaya there since she was just over a year old, and we are very happy with the care and attention she receives. The staff at Shruti's Daycare are dedicated, friendly, and professional. They create a nurturing environment where the children can explore their interests, develop their skills, and make new friends. Amaya loves going to the daycare every day and always misses her friends at the daycare. She has matured so much from the various activities and programs that the daycare offers, such as arts and crafts, music, stories, and games. We are grateful to Shruti and her team for providing such a high-quality service for our Family. We highly recommend Shruti's Family Daycare to anyone looking for a fun and enriching experience for their children.

This review is long due . Shruti runs a family friendly program and she uses brightwheel app to update families.I like that. Food is provided on all 5 days . She is easy to talk to and she will listen when it's conveyed in a reasonable way. This place is cozy and child friendly. She has a nice outdoor area and unlike other family childcare she has a separate area so it's clean and off limits from her personal space. I like that very specifically. I definitely recommend this for everyone

We strongly advise against sending your child to this daycare due to our negative experience. Mrs. Shruti prioritizes profits over childcare, and her lack of expertise in handling children is evident. The food menu is repetitive(Same food for 5 straight days), and our daughter refused to eat there, leading to weight loss. Additionally, Mrs. Shruti takes unnecessary time off, leaving parents scrambling for last-minute arrangements. The staff-to-child ratio is also concerning, and Mrs. Shruti's lack of involvement in the daycare's operations is alarming. Her behavior is uncooperative and rude, and the well-being of the children seems to be of little importance. We urge you to consider alternative options for your child's care.

Shruthi is very friendly and my kid loves her. She always wishes well being of the kids. And, teaches them in their own cute way. Provides Freshly cooked food and good teaching activities.

Shruti's family daycare lives up to its name. it is indeed a family. My son (4yr) found a second home in form of this daycare. Shruti took him under her wings when other daycare in the area were not ready to take him. he is new to this country and had language issues. He adjusted in the daycare with both Ms. Sheila and Ms. Mariyam as if they had known each other for a while. My son use to come home and always ask if he will be going to the daycare tomorrow or not. My wife and I could not have asked for a better daycare to start our son's journey in this country. My son is a better kid because of Shruti's efforts. Thanks Shruti, Sheila and Mariyam.

Shruti’s is an incredible daycare! We needed a space for our little one a bit urgently due to job changes and as a mama, Shruti made me feel so at ease! We chatted on the phone for a bit, and we were able to “FaceTime” in for a tour to keep the kiddos safe — she’s so incredibly on top of the protocols that she’s NEVER closed (not once!) due to C19 (where our daughter’s preschool has had so many closures this year alone!).

But more than that, I felt so secure that my son was safe and being cared for. His language, a little delayed before Shruti’s — bloomed. She worked with him on typical 2 year old behaviors — she’s very very clearly an expert on how to connect AND correct little ones.

I love how joyful and communicative she and the team are and I highly recommend for anyone looking for care (especially if you work for the Labs!) She also provides afterschool care for kids from that neighborhood school which I didn’t need but thought was super great since we don’t have nearly enough afterschool options in Livermore.

I am confident that my son is far far more ready for preschool than he would have been without Shruti’s daycare. We will miss her & the teaching team dearly!
