Very well maintained - clean clean clean ! Impressed with a variety of machines and space in the back room. Well organized and cold water in the water fountain!! (It's rarely the case elsewhere) not crowded on a Saturday morning - highly recommended

Great workout. Fresh start. Making the first step is the hardest. I couldn't find my shoes at the last minute...so I slapped on a pair of Crocks and away we went. Very welcoming ?

By far the best gym experience we’ve ever had! I love that our whole family can enjoy the gym. It is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The classes are awesome and the encouragement we get during and after class is even better! So happy to have such a great establishment in our hometown!!!

I never thought I would be a “gym person” but I love my gym. Heather and Casey offer awesome classes that push you to do your best. They are your biggest cheerleaders. It’s such an uplifting environment and I truly miss class if I can’t make it. So thankful for SFC!!!
