Words cannot begin to express how grateful we are for our son’s time at Smart Start. He’s now five and when he started two years ago he was in diapers, practically non-verbal, and his emotional outbursts were a daily occurrence and long lasting. He is now potty trained, regulates his emotions so much better, and not only speaks a ton but is reading! At his last pediatrician appointment his doctor gave us praise for his development and said we’ve changed the course of his life. We couldn’t agree more and know that it is largely because of the amazing teachers and support he receives at Smart Start. They’ve been a blessing to our son and entire family!

Smartstart is a wonderful learning center. My son with Autism has been attending this school since he was 3 years old . He has grown so much academically . Staff has always been great with my child. They are always accommodating my childs needs. Sharon has always been a great help along the way. Has always provided me with any resources or advice needed. Great place to send your child and be worried free about your child been mistreated . Staff is always a call or text away to answer any questions or concerns .

They provide a loving and safe environment for my son. He started as a regional center kid but he stayed after three. The staff is absolutely caring and we get so much student artwork. I have a daughter in another preschool and hands down this school is friendlier and more welcoming for all students. The inclusion SmartStart teaches is something I think the next generation of students should all learn!

My son went here for early intervention. This school has changed in my opinion his life. He was fearful of textures from having severe OT issues. He lacked words also. Them teaching him to play with hummus changed everything. It’s now his favorite snack! He’s 13 now in advanced math and gets straight A’s in all of his classes. It’s night and day when it comes to early intervention. It’s everything. I have 2 other kids and my oldest didn’t have early intervention and I can clearly see the difference. I’m so grateful for the teachers and staff here. I can’t say enough how much this school has changed my son’s life. I’m forever grateful for Smart Start and I personally have made life long friends with other moms here. Grateful for that also.

SmartStart School has been an incredible part of our family’s journey since our kids were babies. Now, with one child at 13 and the other at 10 years old, I can confidently say that the foundation laid by SmartStart has had a profound impact on their development and love for learning.

This place has been such a blessing for my son. We’re so thankful to have found it. He’s there for speech and occupational therapy and it’s made such a difference. We are forever thankful for the amazing people here

This school has been a godsend to us! Next year will be our 4th year here and I can still hardly believe how much progress our autistic daughter had made. When she first started, she would only speak in two word sentences and tantrum frequently, but with the love and support of ALL of the staff/teachers/therapists, she now has the life skills and tools needed to help keep herself regulated, she has so much more language and is able to use it, and is such a loving little girl who loooooves going to school. I will definitely be sad when it's time to move on, but when we do, I know our daughter will be so much more prepared than if she had gone to another school.
