This place doesn’t get the recognition it deserves!! Truly. The teachers that work here and are in it for the kids are absolute gems. A few things I have been impressed with and deserve to be highlighted: Communication—they use an app to track realtime activities/events and upload pictures for your child and their class. You can message your child’s teachers directly, or if you have concerns you want to address directly with the director Stacey, there is a private chat option. This has been helpful for us anxious parents that work fulltime and are first-time daycare parents. We feel like we can talk to our child about her day and she gets excited that we know the details!
Second: Transparency— Like every thriving business in this economy, there will be staffing concerns. The turnover of teachers is difficult for any age child and consistency is key for trust and confidence in kids. When I have concerns or would like more info on new staff members, they are always welcoming and open with me about the current situations and inform me what they are doing to actively improve it. I see the director and other supervisor staff stepping into classes to ensure ratios are complying with state code. As a parent, this furthers my confidence that they truly are putting the kids in their care as the first priority. And lastly: Caring about the kids— our kiddo was born premature and requires extra medical care and considerations. They have always been extremely willing to work with her throughout food allergies, elimination diets, diaper allergies, asthma and anything else she needs. We truly feel she is getting some of the best childcare here! Whether I am picking up or dropping off, whoever is opening the door always knows each child’s name and has something positive to say to them. I’m always impressed! If you have read this far, you’re invested in what Snowy Owl is like and I hope I’ve painted a helpful picture for you to make an informed choice for your child! A last story if your interested to know— we have seen our kids’ past and present teachers in public areas of the community, and when a child willingly (at 2yrs old) points them out by name in a crowd and proceeds to run to them with a big smile and receives a hug and a big smile in return— we knew that she must feel safe and loved with them. It showed us those teachers genuinely care about her and that meant a lot to us ♥️ (Shout out to Diana and Julia 😊)

Snowy Owl is such a special place, my daughter enjoyed going there so much!
I was looking for a place for my daughter just for the summer and Stacey was very accommodating and the staff helped my daughter feel welcome.
She’s a shy kid and everyone helped her feel loved and accepted. She enjoyed her time so much there.
As a paranoid stressed out mom who has had trouble in the past with other daycare centers and having my daughter be happy while going attending one… Snowy Owl was the perfect place for our needs.

Snowy Owl is amazing! As a new parent, it was nerve wracking to leave our baby all day but the teachers really helped put us at ease. They are very responsive and send updates regularly. Everyone knows our child's name and is looking out for her well-being.
They make sure our baby is engaged and working on various skills as she grows. Additionally, they do fun art projects, holiday celebrations, and stroller outings. Such a fun and safe place for our baby!

I trust the owner Stacy so much. I have been thankful for her special consideration for both of my kids individual needs. We absolutely love Ms. Tamar and Ms. Carli. They have helped my kids in wonderful ways and the Waldorf/Montessori approach has been a wonderful fit for our kids.

Our kids have been going here for years, since preschool. Our older one still goes back for their summer programming, and the all day kindergarten was a huge plus for our younger one. We love snowy owl!
