You won't find a better place for your young bucks to learn proper lifting form, how to build healthy habits and improve their lives in many different aspects. They care deeply about your kid and encourage them to see their own potential and build a life around forming healthy habits, self esteem and coping mechanisms when life gets tough with all the problems teen's face daily. I highly recommend SOAR and can't say enough good things about Dustin, Autumn, Frank and all the staff.

The adult program is well-run and I highly recommend it to adults struggling with addiction. However, I have been deeply disappointed with the under-18 program. They do not take any responsibility, and if a child does not attend, they do not contact the parent. This is my personal experience, and I cannot speak for the program as a whole. SOAR has changed my life. I've been in active recovery for about a year and a half now and SOAR is my constant. The workouts help me get out of my head, the groups are amazing and full of caring and non-judgement, just holding each other accountable. If you are a physically active person, or someone that just likes to move or heck even just wanting to try something different and you want to better your life and help your sobriety, I highly recommend SOAR. If you listen and put in the work you will not be disappointed <3

The kids program is inspiring. As a Father who is in recovery, I absolutely love that S.O.A.R Helps young people find the confidence within and teaches healthy lifestyle principles that will hopefully be a guidance to them throughout there life. All the coaches there are Rad!
