My son was signed up for Sole KIDs last Spring. COVID 19 happened and schools closed. Sole KIDS did an awesome job providing their curriculum/exercises so that I could do it with my son during quarantine. I was never someone that enjoyed running. After Sole KIDS program, I am not doing my first half marathon in October and my son runs every morning before distance learning begins. Even my husband has picked up on running. I could not recommend them more!
