This company refuses to assist graduate students pursuing a career in a profession that they employ with a mentor! Most professions require students pursuing a field to shadow someone before graduating.... teachers, doctors, diags, etc. It should be an honor to assist in producing a competent professional, as this is beneficial to the community! There's a way to work together to get it done, but this company refuses.
It is not possible to work directly with another school district if I'm not employed on that campus. I can't leave work to complete hours for graduate school during my work hours. Furthermore, due to the pandemic, schools are not allowing outsiders on their campus. My campus hired you all, so this company was the only option.
