It sucks that I even have to write this review but here we are. I was reached out to by Adrianna come in to give them more information which I did. Waited 2 weeks before I reached out to see if there was any progress anywhere on June 20th. July 2nd I get contacted for a potential opportunity. I replied, did not get any response until July 8th after I had to reach out again. Got informed of an interview for a position. I did it and did not get selected, no problem. Got contacted again July 18th about another potential temp position, after discussing with Stardom about the details I determined it was not something I wanted and so I conveyed this to Adrianna and Esmeralda. July 22 I was told they’d look into roles more aligned with what I was looking for. No contact after , until ONCE AGAIN I had to reach out and ask for some kind of correspondence over 3 weeks later. Got left on read. No response, just left on read. To say I’m disappointed would be a massive understatement especially after reading the reviews and giving this company a chance. It’s like they just don’t care about me. Maybe I’m just the only unlucky person based on these reviews but this experience has been extremely disheartening. I’d recommend people to perhaps try another agency that would at least try for you and show that they care. If there was an issue regarding my experience or anything of the sort, that would be understandable but what isn’t understandable is the lack of communication and effort in maintaining it. Very very very disappointing experience from my contact with Adrianna and Esmeralda. Maybe they just don’t value me as a client.
