Great gym! Visited from out of town and got a great work out! Great updated weights and machines! They helped me get in quick as I need a place to work out when I visit. Lots of room and space to get in different types of HIIT workouts also. Tina was very helpful also!!

Great remake of the gym! Used to be North Fork Family Fitness but has new owners, better hours, and new equipment. They are now very much a lifting and sports focused gym. The price is reasonable and they offer family discounts and 1st responder discounts. They also have a fake grass area for training. Definitely an improvement!

Love this gym! Equipment is great, people are super friendly and the owners are amazing! They are always working hard to expand the gym so you have plenty of options for your workout. Highly recommend this gym!
