Storybook Sagle periodically has sent fun arts and craft packages home will all students, they are so helpful at drop off when my son is a bit apprehensive about being at school with some of his favorite things. While they have a great program, it is apparently they pay attention to the small details and feedback from families to constantly be improving. Their new director, Dallin has been an incredible addition to their facility, and I appreciate everything he and his staff are doing to keep my kiddo safe, learning and having fun.

I love this place! First place I have had my 4 year old son and 18 month old girl go to. I was a little nervous at first, new mom jitters, but the staff made the transition easy. My son is in the preschool program and has excelled. He knows his ABCs now and his number counting has improved among other things he is learning. My baby girl has learned more sign language and gets lots of play time and a variety of toys to play with. The staff and teachers are great and love being with kids, you can tell. Their outdoor playground is epic and has so many wonderful engaging activities and space to run around. I love the meals and snacks they provide and give my kids a variety of foods to try they don’t always get at home. They have been very accommodating to my concerns and needs over the summer and going into fall. My kids love it here and love their teachers. I would highly recommend Story Book center.

As a business owner, I needed care for my children. This location is safe and convenient. The staff is very kind and very easy to talk to. 10/10!

Disorganized and rude. Poor customer relations.

I would not recommend this place. Our son was very unhappy there though at first we could not figure out why and thought he just needed to “get used to it.” I found out later that several other parents of preschool age children had transferred to the Sandpoint facility, reporting their children were unhappy as well. Apparently the sandpoint Storybook has a better satisfaction rate. Also the Sagle Storybook were not willing to document bruises that happened from accidents at daycare, which was very important for our family situation. Their office staff, and particularly the manager was rude to me personally on more than one occasion, even threatening my family when I told them I was dissatisfied.

The teachers at least were nice, though they changed frequently and some seemed inexperienced. There were billing issues with some other customers that “accidentally” got leaked to the mass email and other people I knew had issues with the staff treating them rudely and being disorganized as well.

I have four children all of which have attended various daycares and I’ve also worked for daycares. I’ve never seen these problems at other facilities. I also heard Storybook failed several of their state health and safety inspections. It’s unfortunate because their location would have been very convenient, had the organization itself been better. It sounds like some employees also left due to problems and concerns. From what I saw, I don’t think the employees that left were the problem. We switched to a different daycare and are so glad we did.

I don’t usually like to speak poorly of people or businesses, but this place was so significantly bad that I feel compelled to warn other parents.

I was hesitant to put my child in any childcare. After touring the facility and seeing the beauty of the place and the care the staff showed to my daughter, I was all in. I've been bringing my child here since shortly after they opened and I have zero complaints. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful place to bring my child while I work.

Idaho needed a high quality childcare center and now it has one. So thankful for the welcoming, friendly staff. I could not ask for a better environment for my children.

Very clean facility. They strive to get the kids outdoors and keep them engaged in activities all day. Everyone is very friendly. It makes me happy that my kids don’t want to leave at the end of the day.
