I would give them a no star review if they would let me. Stratus has messed up every single paycheck I have received since starting with them, from pulling funds they shouldn’t have to not paying overtime hours. As well as when we first signed up there was somewhat little to no help with the errors from setting up bank accounts to logging in. They then threatened us that we would not be getting our checks if we did not finish the applications within an extremely short window with the errors being on their end as well. Horrible experience and professionalism. Would never recommend.

Stratus' team has taken care of our payroll and HR needs for the last 3+ years. Everyone that we have worked with there has always been so kind and quick to respond. They always follow up with us to make sure any issue we had was taken care of.
Their platform (Splashtrack) is also amazing and so user friendly. When they didn't have a report with the information we wanted, they added a customized one to meet our needs. They are always going the extra mile to make sure that we are provided with the best service possible. That is something you don't see very often these days, but that is everything Stratus is. Our only regret is that we didn't move our payroll to them sooner!

I am associated with Stratus HR as an affiliated employee. I would be happy to recommend Stratus HR. I have had very positive experiences in dealing with Stratus HR. I have called a couple of times for Miscellaneous inquires, my queries were answered competently and efficiently (much to my delight, no hold time).

I applied for a PTO and the process was straightforward and intuitive. Printing the W-2 was a breeze. Among other things, what has impressed me the most is that the Time Keeping System has never gone down or been non-operational (knock on wood). In many organizations, the time keeping system has weekly performance issues requiring manual time entry or other workaround. Keep up the Great Work!

I have used stratus for 4 years now. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Their knowledge is very useful in situations that would normally be difficult to navigate on your own. You have the feeling that someone has your back, and they do.
