Strike has changed my life for the better. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough, and everyone who steps into this gym will realize that this is home. All stages are training at this gym and I’ve started training without any skills in martial arts - now I can say I’m very comfortable sparring and my capabilities in Muay Thai. Coach Amber knows muay thai in her bones and has a true talent for teaching it. She has helped me feel more confident in my abilities as a hobbyist and if i were 10 years younger she would be the only one I'd want in my corner for competitive fighting.
