If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Regina Lindsey Cooper is hands down one of the most unprofessional recruiters I’ve ever encountered. She contacted my loved one in the middle of the night—at 12:40 AM, followed by another email at 12:47 AM. Who does business at that hour? That alone was wildly inappropriate and intrusive.

But it gets worse.

Because they didn’t respond promptly (again, because it was literally the middle of the night), Regina decided to take it out on my loved one. Her email was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and completely out of line. She even had the nerve to end it by mocking them and telling them they would “never find a job.”

Let me be clear: this was not just a lapse in judgment it was a complete display of arrogance, entitlement, and total lack of professionalism. Maybe if Regina had reached out during normal business hours and with some basic respect, my loved one might’ve engaged with her. Instead, she chose to insult and belittle someone she didn’t even know.

I applied with this company a couple weeks ago and Melissa was not on time for the interview. She was very short with me But I maintain my positive spirit. After the interview, I got on a computer and logged in my information for about an hour. They called me once for a job at nine in the morning and asked me if I could go to the job right away. After I told them I needed more notice than right away they said OK and I received the email saying my application was not selected And they are moving on with the hiring process. Melissa gave off a prejudice vibe and it just turned out to be a huge waste of time and gas. Maybe other recruiters at this company are not Like that, but if Melissa turns out to be Your recruiter ask for someone else.

I reached out to Sts staffing about a travel position I found. I ended up calling and spoke with Melissa. She got me onboard extremely fast. I reached out to her on Wednesday/Thursday and literally was on a flight Monday morning! She was helpful throughout the entire process and she responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Even till this very day, Melissa always checks in with me to see how I’m doing. The pay is good as well as the company I work for, especially going through a temp service! Highly recommend!!
