Were nice and friendly at the desk. However they would not pay scholarships until tuiton it was nearly due even though they told me I should try to pay tuition early. How am I supposed to pay tuition early if you don't give me my scholarship money until right before the due date?!? I don't have $1250 laying around to pay it off early. I already pay you eight to nine thousand a year is it too much to ask to communicate a realistic goal. All I want is to please don't expect us to have money to pay tuiton if you don't do your part. Hire more people if you need to get it done in time or lower your expectations but don't throw expectations on us that you can't afford to follow through with.

The tuition office is the worst. My husband was in the health sciences department at the University of Utah and I am in the business program at the same school, yet my tuition and fees are over TWICE as much as his. When I went in looking for an explanation as to why this is and to see if I could get a breakdown of what I'm paying for/where this money is going they told me I couldn't with some lame excuse and were absolutely no help.

Horrible service, terrible Costumer Relations Management, and they have been trying to solve an issue for one entire year and have records of now thing they’ve done on their side. I have come to talk to Brett for the fourth time and she’s never available. The funny part is that no one can help.

Every time I need to get something from here they are always trying to milk 10 dollars out of me. Of course they say it will take “five business days” if I don’t pay the 10 dollars right now even though what I need only takes about 45 seconds to do.
