Conveniently located and ample of parking space available. Printed the parking permit from their website. For exam, sweater/shirt with pockets or hoodies are not allowed so dress accordingly. Definitely recommend to arrive 15 min before the scheduled exam to avoid any issues. Overall had a good experience.

Took today a test today at 8am in the morning — exam rules were straightforward. Receptionist greeted me with professionalism and etiquette. (Despite the reviews)
You are provided lockers. Would come back again if I need to test. Plenty of parking.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m a longshoreman and I placed my twic renewal online and asked for it to be delivered to this location because I didn’t want my twic card to be lost in the mail usps error. That was the Worse mistake that I did. I regret not just having selected the option to mail twic to home because this location gave me the run around 4 different occasions that I came to pick up my twic card. I received an email letting me know my card was ready for pickup. I had to come on 4 different times on different days because they were unable to give it to me supposedly because the program computer system was not working. I’m glad I didn’t wait to the last minute to renew, but if I did, I would not have been able to work for these last 1 month and a half which is the time that I have been trying to pick up my card. On top of that, this location does not have parking. Today that I was finally able to pick up my card, I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes. I was sitting in the waiting room and people were coming in after me were being helped and attended to first even though they came after I arrived. I talked about my situation to a co worker of mine and he said the same thing happened to him 4 months ago. It was such a frustrating situation. Save your self the time and stress and just have your twic card mailed to your house brothers and sisters of the ILWU.

Terrible experience here! The front desk lady with the glasses has a bad attitude, not friendly, or helpful. Didn't welcome me in nor respond back when I greeted her. Worst part is when I had just started my test, I lowered my facemask off my nose for a moment, there was nobody around me, I was in the far desk in the corner and without even giving me a warning first to fix my mask came into the testing room with an attitude and kicked me out. She deprived me of completing my test that I paid for to take. This lady has an attitude, is rude, very unprofessional. A negative person like that is not beneficial to the testing center and is causing an unpleasant environment right there.

I rarely give reviews, but the receptionist was so rude. Conclusion either she hates her job or she was having a bad day. Just a turn off. For someone who has test anxiety and needs positive vibes this was not the place to take my test. It felt as if I was a bother. I know to stay away from this place. other than the bad attitude the location was ok.Office and building was ok too

I don’t normally write reviews however I was so surprised at how professional and friendly this testing center was. I came early because I was super nervous for my exam, I was checked in promptly and while I waited I had a nice conversation with the girl up front. I appreciate her trying to help me relax. I had trouble loading my exam and she came right over to help. The center was clean and very quiet. I will be returning for all of my future exams.

The testing center location is pretty nice. Definitely understaffed. Had to erase sections of my scratch paper because staff didn't respond to my hand raised to ask for my more and it was a timed test. Would not recommend for a timed test. Would give "0" stars if that was an option. Little eraser shaving were everywhere from previous testers.
