Ms. Cindy and Ms. Nawal are a great gift…of guidance…for our kids. Sylvan has been integral at helping to keep our child ahead of the curve! Sylvan is great as an organization, and Ms. Nawal got us in the door and on the way. Ms. Cindy…one on one, a great tutor with training and TLC! , took it from there. So thankful.

I had a horrible experience at this location. The Director has been dodging my calls for the past two weeks. They do not want to pay me what they owe me, which is 4 sessions that were canceled and another canceled appointment. I have been trying to get in contact with the director but I have been unsuccessful at reaching anyone. They are ignoring my calls. This place is very unprofessional, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

This is in response to the reply left by the establishment:
First thing I would like to clear up, the refund was requested December 14th after an assessment appointment was canceled by staff an hour prior to the agreed time. I have call logs and text messages that I can attach for proof. My biggest problem was the lack of professionalism. After I left my original review, I was contacted immediately, the review was my honest experience and I was asked multiple times to " reconsider taking my review down and that I would be refunded". I also have proof of that. I hope you all work on the way you handle business, I wish you all a great year. Stay blessed.

Have been bringing my 2nd grade daughter since January and within just a few weeks I noticed a difference. My daughter was not shy in preschool but in kinder she needed glasses due to severe lazy eye and got behind ever since. Then pandemic happened in first grade just as she was catching up.
She needed help building her confidence back up, with math skills, writing and comprehension and Sylvan has been an important part of that process. Worth every penny.

We have truly enjoyed our time at Sylvan Learning! Our kids have received help with reading and writing. Our daughter felt more confident in her writing that she competed in a UIL district wide competition and won 1st place! We have been very pleased with the results overall. Our director Rheagan has been very supportive, attentive and genuinely interested in our children’s growth. We appreciate her support!
