My 3rd grader started the year with an early first-grade math competency. She is now on-track to finish at or above grade level (already 181% of her growth goal for the year). This is attributed to 6 months at Sylvan going for 4 hours per week. Sylvan allowed me to spend my spare time with my daughter as her 'dad' and not as her 'tutor'.
She loves going to tutoring. She feels welcomed, supported, validated, and her individual confidence has soared. From a price perspective I can't really provide feedback as my employer has a program that heavily subsidized the cost, so for me it was a no-brainer and an excellent experience.

My son has been attending the Riverton location and it has been night and day difference in his reading. He has missed a lot of school for medical reasons and started reading at K level in just 7 months he is back to 3rd grade level! He looks forward to tutoring and tells me he learns more here than at school! The director Lindsay is the best and the staff all have played a tremendous role in setting my son up for success! Everyone who works here are super friendly, there to help, and are very good with kids. My son has only been going here for 2.5 weeks, but he always has good things to say about his sessions and teachers! He always looks forward to going. Thank you for everything you do!!

Sylvan has been amazing for my kiddos! We live closer to other locations but Lindsay and her team (Daniel you rock) are well worth the drive! We could not ask for better support and care.

After visiting MANY different organizations, I knew Sylvan Learning of Riverton would be the best place for my 10 yr old son (5th grade) as soon as I met with Lindsey (Director) and we had a very engaging conversation about their teaching style. All the other organizations expected my son to be able to tell them what he was struggling with, which he doesn't understand otherwise we wouldn't need the extra support. At Sylvan, they worked with my son to understand where he was at academically.
Covid interfered with his academics at an early age. And he has ADHD, so that took some time to figure out how to support that, so he can pay attention at school. Due to both of those things he has been pretty far behind and getting even farther as they are adding to new concepts at school and he didn't even grasp the original concept. We decided we needed more support for him, especially with middle school coming up soon.

We decided to start our son at Sylvan right away and he has been going for a month now. The improvements we started to see right away were astounding. You could tell that my son was thinking differently right away. He became more curious about things and asks 100x more questions than he did before and is even just more conversational. I 1000% know that this is from his time at Sylvan and I'm so thankful that through his work with them, he is gaining so much more confidence! I wish that we found Sylvan years ago, but we are so grateful we found them now.

AND my son LOVES going to his sessions at Sylvan! At first, like anything with most children, he wasn't excited to go and was a bit grumpy about it. But, after his first couple of sessions he completely changed his attitude and he never complains about going anymore! This isn't only because at Sylvan they create such a great environment that children want to be at, but it's also because my son said it is helping him learn and he's realizes how much he enjoys learning now!

If you are looking for support for your child's education, Sylvan Learning of Riverton is definitely a place you should check out, I highly recommend them!

We are very happy with sylvan. Our son was showing signs of being behind on reading and with the summer we didn't want him even less prepared for the next school year. I had looked into various online programs and they were not helpful and not compatible with my son. The teachers at sylvan are so nice and my son instantly felt comfortable there.

Sylvan Learning of Riverton was the third service I contacted, and honestly, I was a bit tired and feeling a little crazy for going from tutoring center to tutoring center. As soon as I filled out some info online, I got a call from Lindsey, the Director of Sylvan Learning of Riverton right away.

After a very engaging talk with Lindsey I decided to start with them right away. My daughter liked it and I saw how the Sylvan Learning teachers was patient in a way that I just couldn’t be. Within a few weeks I could see the change in my daughter. The fights were gone and she actually acknowledged it was working (that’s quite the win with a first grader!)

I could see my daughter being proud of what she was learning, her skills were improving. We both wanted to continue with Sylvan Learning of Riverton because of the the quality of the tutors, the personalized attention....and the results.
