Tanner urgent care and staff are 5- star, but… They use a 3rd party billing for their Radiology group. I have tried ALL morning to pay my bill through Summit radiology and can’t reach anyone. I have tried multiple ways to pay my bill even calling Tanner and can’t get help from them either. If paying is going to be so difficult, maybe Radiation procedures need to be completed elsewhere.

Stan is one of the receptionist here, and as with all the staff here, he's sweet, compassionate, and well educated in his field. He takes his time while serving you abs your needs and makes sure that if you have questions that they are answered to the best of his ability before you leave. So THANK YOU, STAN AND DR. Please update your website so when someone googles “urgent care near me” your facility doesn’t come up. I’m glad I didn’t drive too far out of the way to discover that your facility is by appointment only.

Staff are unprofessional and rude. They do not care about the well being of their patients and will talk about their patients. My husband was injured and all they could manage to do was Take their time and make fun of him. I would give zero stars if possible your better off going somewhere else.

We are very fortunate to have Wedowee Tanner Primary Care. I have been multiple times to see S. Cotney CRNP. She has always taken her time, listened to me and addressed my concerns. I have been a RN FOR 38 years. I am very discerning when it comes to who I see for my healthcare. I am very trusting of the staff here. The med techs are also very friendly and helpful!

The nurses and other staff were great but, when taking my daughter because of her rapid breathing and 102.3 fever, the doctor only checked her ears and said she doesnt have COVID. My husband has tested positive for it and, upon telling the doctor that, he just said that even if she did have it we have to treat it like the flu. Which would have been fine but he never told me what was wrong with her and just dismissed everything. The nurses later told me they were short on tests and would only use them if someone showed all the signs of COVID. The only ones my daughter might not have had was lack of taste and she is too young to talk and tell us if she has a lack of taste and smell. The nurses were very helpful and told me that she most likely does have COVID, but the doctor himself was very much dismissive of us and will not listen to anything you have to say. If you have anything wrong with you and live in this area, please find somewhere else to go. I would hardly classify this place as a medical establishment

The staff is friendly, however when it came time to send over my information to another clinic it never got done. I had to call over and over leaving voicemails for Dr. Lovvorns Nurse. I am highly disappointed because my insurance took 30 days to review my case and was denied because no one from the doctors office reported my information. 30 DAYS I REMIND YOU.

Let me start off on a good note..The other staff there was great and very friendly. But this doctor there was horrible. All he suggest for anything is birth control! He does not seem to take anything serious. He would not recommend me to another OBGYN. I was not there for medicine, I was there to be appointed to another doctor and I left clueless...
