Great store everything was fully stocked. And i needed help finding something and a lady helped me out.
Very nice and helpful.

I watched an older lady at Target snatch a box from my wife's hands. She had two display boxes in her hands. She than tried to grab the other saying,"you can't have these" my wife said "im going to ask at the front" she repeated "you cant have this", "i have gotten written up for giving these away" and when asked why, she mumbled and walked away talking into her radio and speed walking to the front. We caught the words "manager" and "front" following behind her sense we were only there for two items and followed. Once at the front, she and another worker talked out of earshot, and we could tell the older lady was making elaborate gestures with her body. The other worker came up to us once we were at the front of self check out. She asked for the box, and my wife said, "You're going to trash it." The worker said, "Give me the box. It's not free." There was no communication, both my wife and I were embarrassed, and she is shook cause of the old lady touching her. We won't be coming back here again due to the physical contact she decided to do and the attitude of both the workers. We have gotten display boxes from other locations before and highly disappointed in these two people specifically. All of this occurred on 2/6/25 at 5:20pm isle 5E

Upon purchasing pokémon cards from this Target, I opened the product and saw that all the cards were damaged with chipping on the sides as well as the corners. I tried to reach out to them and get some sort of compensation, but they refused. There are pictures provided below showing what the cards looked like when I got them.

I am often find target to be a better experience then its main competitor owned by the Waltons. Although the other store has greeters and is larger and even more convenient as a one stop store, I find Target to be cleaner and less stressful.

Customer service in the electronics department was disappointing. Two staff members were occupied, one was eating on a bench, and another was cleaning her phone. Meanwhile, another customer was waiting for her card to work at the cashier. The staff member cleaning her phone was unprofessional when interacting with a different customer and looked at me after I had waited for five minutes and asked, "Do you have any questions?" I replied, "No, not from a bad customer," and put all the items back.

This target was amazing! This was an amazing experience me and my Service Dog, we’re there and I passed out cause my heart rate ; the employees (2) came up asking if I was okay and just and I told them yes and then they got me water like I asked and also they got me an electric cart. They were super sweet thank you so much 🫶🏻

Cassandra at Return Desk, helped me. What an outstanding service. I wanted to change sizes to 2 items I bought, Disney-Stitch- she was able to check and had 2 left back stock. She went ahead and looked for it and brought it to me. She made my day! My niece will be very happy this Easter. Thank you Cassandra!
