It is my allegation against this facility that a staff member at this facility spanked my child using a an object based on their documented verbal admission of guilt and a monumental amount of evidence against the facility and alleged perpetrator. EVIDENCE OF TRUTH OR CIRCUMSTANCES has not been proven yet.

My child was a victim of a staff member who was or is presently employed at this facility. The circumstances surrounding this case are under investigation in Shelby County and Child Protective Services. At this time while allegations are pending it would be my personal suggestion NOT to send your child there as they could be in imminent danger. These are pending allegations and have not been proven YET, in a court of law. However, keep in mind this case is being thoroughly investigated. Again, this is a matter of a presently investigated crime and as so, charges may still be filed. Since charges have not been filed this review is based solely on a matter of what I believe to be evidentiary value. I will stop at nothing pursuant to State law to prevent the facility or its staff from the behavior I am alleging in the future. They are not a State Licensed facility. They have little to no supervision by any state officials in respect of the facilities church affiliated exemption. (that is fact).
