My computer completely crashed, just dead out and I called Pat at Technode. He helped me walk through some solutions and when they didn't work I took in my computer. He communicated the problem and helped me make a an educated decision about the next step, which was getting a new computer. What really was awesome though was that he helped me get all my information off my computer for way less than what it would have been if I had taken it to any big store!!! So helpful and they really understand the meaning of Customer Service! Highly recommend!
