My son loves going. He has autism and I was worried at first. He has his days but he’s happy to go to “school” in the mornings. His teacher is Ms.Cassie and he really likes her a lot. I’m very appreciative to have found a daycare where they have open communication and I feel that my son is safe. Hoping he stays as long as possible.

We enrolled our daughter in the infant room starting at 3mo old. We were very pleased with the care provided and the communication between staff and the parents. I knew our daughter was in good hands when she would smile entering the daycare each morning.

As new parents, we were very nervous when it came time to start introducing solid foods. However, the staff led the way for us. Our baby now eats better than most children her age and has met many milestones early all thanks to the Terry Parkway staff.

I have already and will continue to recommend Terry Parkway’s infant room for new parents!

As a nervous first time mom, TPLC has been a great daycare for our little one and her needs. The communication is clear and the staff genuinely care. They are not pushy and really respect the wishes of the parents. Our little one has been here since 3 months of age to now 9 months, she has never been sent home, no instances of Hand foot Mouth, etc. The photoshoots are soo cute! I am grateful to have them and have no problem continuing to stay with them.

My daughter attended this daycare for months she didn’t learn much instead it was way too much tv time. A class outbreak of Hands, Foot and mouth disease happened and I called to warn the teacher that she had it and she replied “we are aware most of the kids have it” well why wasn’t I notified. The final straw was my daughter coming home with bug bites covering her back I withdrew her immediately after asking a neighbor for a referral she told me she wish I had spoken to her before sending my baby because this same school had her daughter walking around with no pants on for hours because she spilled something and they forgot to call her until it was pick up time. I don’t recommend please send your precious little ones else where trust me. The office is rude, the owner doesn’t care just all around bad

Well my daughter has only been there for 1 week but I can already tell the difference between her previous daycare her teacher Ms Tamara really takes her time with the potty training and I can tell she loves what she does! I only gave a 4 because of one lady during breakfast the looked like she was frustrated at my daughters crying on her 1st day but I will update in month or so ! so far my daughter and I both are happy 🙂

My infant daughter has been here for the last 3 months since I moved to town-and I really feel like she is treated well and attended to throughout the day. When I asked for a tour they said come by any time, whereas other centers had me waiting 1-2 weeks for an appointment and some places wouldn't even tell me if they had space available until I came for a tour. Other centers I looked at also didn't allow parent drop ins during the day- which I don't even do-but I like knowing that I have the option and this place allows it.

This is also the most affordable care I could find (and you can pay weekly if you need to) and they have the most convenient hours. They are open from 6:15am-6pm, and while parents don't typically utilize that full time period, it is such a relief for two parents that work full time across the bridge and have to sit in rush hour traffic.

My daughter has her own designated crib, sanitized daily, and they keep notes for each child so I know her disposition, how many bottles she's had etc. I know the ladies that care for her age group and they greet my daughter every morning by name. So far I've had a really great experience here.

I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone ! The kids are amazing coworkers are too . But Heather in the front office is one petty individual… An family emergency happend and I couldn’t return back to work I was stranded . I expressed that to her and she still told me to be there in a hour . (Mind you everyone knew I can’t drive and not from LOUISIANA to even get around) . So I did tell her since I couldn’t return I was finished with the job . Due to her not even caring about what I had going on . I called for a Seperation Notice for the food stamps office lol she must of thought it was for another job because she put on the papers like I went to lunch and never came back . Not putting her fault on the papers !
