If I could give this place a zero rating I would. The way my mother was treated yesterday by a ā€œnurseā€ named Lindsey was terrible. Apparently asking questions about where a shot was going was offensive. Not only did she look at my mother like she was trying to intimidate her and was aggressive and argumentative but she GABBED the needle into my mother’s leg. Threw her the discharge paperwork and told her to get out. After the Doctor had already explained to us that the type of medication they were giving her she needed to stay there for a while. Nope she told us to get out. And continued to walk past the door staring at us to try and intimidate us. THE WORST Experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was here for 6 days and had the absolute pleasure of being treated by several members of their incredible staff. The Nurses, Doctors, Techs, everyone I came in contact with was friendly, accommodating, intelligent, and were there at the drop of a hat if I needed anything.

I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to everyone who made my stay wonderful (Given the circumstances)

ER visit 03/24/25. Waiting room and ER was clean. Staff were friendly. Only waited a few minutes before being pulled straight back. Staff was quick to get tests going. Longest wait was for the CT to be done and then results but that’s pretty standard. Great overall experience.

The staff in Labor and Delivery are phenomenal. I delivered my first baby in Dallas (UT SW Clements) and although the experience was fine, I did not realize Labor and Delivery care could be a better experience. The Rockwall L&D center is brand new so it feels clean and reassures you that everything you need is within arm's reach (surgery and NICU are right there). Additionally, the staff are very experienced and attentive. One thing I greatly appreciate is the thoughtfulness on how often I was checked-in on while trying to get precious sleep in the recovery room. The staff was mindful of how often they checked-in to make sure my husband and I were actually getting some sleep in the recovery room. Additionally, they asked for feedback on the room we were staying in as everything is new and they want to make tweaks to continue to improve the experience. I wish I had delivered our first baby at this location. It just felt like everyone liked their job and actually saw me as a human being vs. a simple patient with a protocol to follow. If we have a third, it will be at this location. I attached a couple pictures from a video I took of our recovery room. My husband was able to sleep on a make-shift twin bed vs. a chair in both the delivery and recovery room. We upgraded to a recovery suite to visit with friends a family. It was beautiful, lots of windows.

Thank you to the staff at THR Rockwall for saving my life. I first visited on Jan 22nd for pregnancy related complications. My next visit was on January 30th with the same symptoms. My ED nurses were attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The ultrasound technician was phenomenal. She was so detailed, attentive, and ensured she spent time on the ultrasound so the correct diagnosis could be made, based on my lab results and my reported symptoms. Thank you for being gentle and kind.
Dr Bilbo and Dr Fisher thank you both for the parts you played in my procedure.
Nurse Delphine and Fedrika in PACU you were both so kind and attentive, always available and providing encouragement.
Dr Sheniqua Drakeford, thank you for being my surgeon. You explained everything in detail during a very difficult time and most importantly you were compassionate.
It may sound like you were all just doing your jobs, but I believe you went above and beyond and I'm forever grateful. Continue doing a great job, even on days when it seems impossible.

What I thought to be a great experience turned out to be the worst experience of my life. I was accused of being on drugs and told that a CPS case was made on me after delivering my newborn. Not only was this accusation embarrassing to my character and as a mom but also to my career. I work for the state and I am a current BSN nursing student. I’m a superior mother of 4 beautiful kids who are very well taken care of to the highest degree and those who know me know that I do NOT play about my kids. They are my number 1 priority. I grew up and graduated highschool in Rockwall so I was really hurt that this was happening to me. I hope it was not because I’m a black woman that I was accused and labeled as a potential ā€œdrugeeā€ who couldn’t take care of her children. I’m sure after all investigations were complete at the hospital that whoever filed the false report was looking very stupid in the face. I left the hospital with my child, as I knew I would, very disappointed that this had happened. Worst experience ever!!

After surgery I stayed overnight on the 3rd floor. The night nurse (sorry, I’m going to butcher the name) Limeniskixyz…123) what a wonderful nurse. Compassionate and helpful in every way possible. I may have been the only patient awake all night but what a pleasant experience following a not so pleasant surgery

Everyone from ER to in patient care was
professional, kind, and courteous. I was in a lot of pain and inpatient for 3 days. I consider myself very fortunate to have this hospital close to my home!
