I highly recommend Texas School of Phlebotomy if this is your path you are willing to take. Mr. Daren is THE best instructor I have had in awhile. He made the class very friendly and welcoming. The classes were small so you got a lot of hands on training. The labs are very hands on and they take safety precautions seriously so I really liked that and made me feel more comfortable with allowing other students to performs sticks. I really enjoyed my time with my classmates and being apart of the ‘24 class.

I started with this school on December 16th and I knew that this was going to be a challenge for me considering that I really don't enjoy school. The first day meeting my teacher/instructor, Ms. Wanda Moore I knew I was in good hands with her. For 6 weeks Ms. Moore pushed me, prayed for me, encouraged me to don't give up. I am so grateful for her, for me she went up and beyond and made sure that all of our classmates would succeed. She was so knowledgeable, compassionate, patience and good-tempered. I love her for that and I told Ms. Moore she is God's favorite person and awesome to me. ❤️❤️❤️

Ms. Moore is a great instructor. She did her best to make sure we knew the material to become certified. I was able to pass my test on the first try. My only problem with this school is the lack of help when it comes to job placement. I completed the phlebotomy program in August, it’s now November and I still haven’t been able to find a job as a phlebotomist. Out of the 6 people I was in class with only one of them found a job & that’s because she already had prior medical experience. Other than not being able to find employment the program is decent, straight to the point. I wouldn’t do it again.

Shout out but not just a shout out but a thank you to Mrs.Williams. When you around her you know it’s game on very patient with you and hands on with helping you the best way she can so you won’t be overwhelmed. Ask questions she will be more than happy to help and guide you. Feels like home when around her and it’s like “you know you got it just breathe “. A great school and experience overall. Going into the school I was very nervous, but Ms Moore helped me overcome it over time. She’s really friendly, understanding, & also very funny. Her teaching style does also help/ push you to study so when you come into the class another time you’ll understand the lecture, which is great because you’re learning.

My name is Amari Whitehead and i am so glad and blessed to have Mrs.Williams as my lab teacher. She is very hands on and actually cares about us passing and being able to move on to the next level and be successful. Through out all of my years of attending school she had been the BEST teacher i have ever had and wouldnt had wanted anyone else. The Experiences is more than just school and learning and just her doing her regular job. she goes above and beyond with her students. THANK YOU MRS.WILLIAMS!!
