LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I live an hour and a half away and this is my number 1 book store. Every time I am in town I make sure to stop by.

The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is outstanding. New and used alike. Super quaint, a person coud spend hours in here.

Moderately sized bookstore packed with used and new books. Good selection of all genres, with the sci-fi/fantasy section right in the front (like it should be). There are also substantial-sized self-help and psychology book sections, which I was happy to see. So great to see a local independent bookstore pop up in this area

There is nothing I love more than a small local book shop with a huge selection on books & genres. The book house in cameron park is a gem and I love bringing my daughters along with me to pick out kids books. New & used at amazing prices!!

Such a cute and cozy book store. I could get lost in here for hours. Lots of selection and cozy spots to sit and read. Excellent prices too. Plus you can take your used books in for credit towards more purchases.

I love this bookstore! The Bookhouse has a wide variety of both used and new books. They're well organized and each category has a large assortment within it. They have everything from Current Affairs, Military and History, Religious, Manga, Cooking, and, of course, Fiction. Plus a lot more. The books on the shelf are carefully curated so it's not just junk. They'll even order books on request. And, they take trade-ins for store credit. I've shopped there many times. The Bookhouse is a rare treasure in Cameron Park.
