The Catalyst Program delivers! Catalyst is a free program that offers military veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses a "mini E-MBA" experience that builds/develops professional networks, provides exposure to consulting/finance/project-management/entrepreneurs/c-suite perspectives, and offers consulting experience from veteran business leaders and business school professors. It also provides one-on-one mentoring, resume development, interview prep, a personality assessment, and professional networking opportunities. I did not know what most of those jobs actually meant before the course, and had some concern about how my experience in the military could transfer to non DOD-adjacent post-military work. I now feel comfortable with my prospects after the military, better appreciate the opportunities outside the military, and feel equipped to begin making a difference right away. Thank you Dan, Blake, Renee, Craig, and the instructors on the Catalyst team!
