It is a wonderful place to be active, artistic, and social! I recommend the pool with instructors to guide you in whatever level of exercise you choose. Rehabilitation after injury or surgery and land based classes to enjoy movement and massage therapy. The roomy and modern facility can be rented by the hour for events. All ages are welcome

This is a great place for so many reasons! First there is the warm water pool with so many water exercises of all different levels. People have been participating in the classes and have found their body feels better each time they exercise, and movements in warm water are so much easier then on land. There are very wonderful people attending and teaching the classes, many new friends are made. There are other activities in the big room like water color classes, learn to play the harmonica, learning different beading techniques, bridge, Mexican train dominoes, making ceramics, exercises out of the pool, sewing clothes to donate to African children and so much more. Why doesn't everyone know about this place? All of the teachers and helpers are volunteers. New ideas are welcome that the community would like to participate in, and it's for all ages! wow 🌞

Perfect workout in the pool with Joan and Colleen! Affordably priced at $6 a class for one hour in pool. Love it! Warm, saltwater pool with a UV light. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I go to Healthy Generations for the water aerobics & volleyball. It's a lot of fun & a good workout. Thanks to all the volunteers. They work really hard.

This is a very good place to come for exercise and to help with stiff muscles, and in general aches and pains and moving keeps you mobile. Everyone is just great there.
