Called them about donating some items that were no longer needed in my place. I was able to drop off 2 garbage bags of stuffed animals and a fun variety of coloring books, activity books, even just coloring pages. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend seeing if you are able donate items here before bringing them to the thrift stores.

There only interested in getting people to sign up so they can get more grants and give themselves raises. I had to pay for a friend get on her feet because they made promises about helping her with rent and car repairs. But after all the promises they offered her a bus pass.

What a fantastic place. Years ago I had the pleasure of working with some of the staff while my grandson was in remission and I needed help with child care costs. I always felt welcomed and everyone was so helpful and comforting. They have so many different programs and classes. Everyone there is kind and compassionate

They claim to want to help but to qualify for child care assistance both parents have to be working. That makes absolutely no sense at all! If both parents were working we wouldn’t need assistance. Don’t waste your time.

When you guys change case managers, you should probably inform the people due to the fact that it makes them Confused due to the fact that you have caseworkers with the same name and they can be confused by and then the confusion continues and then the person that absolutely needs help is the one that gets in trouble and is gonna have to pay because of Lack of communication The part that gets me is the person that needs help is the one that has to try and figure out if they have a new case manager or not when they communicated with the first case manager in the beginning Due to the fact of the lack of communication you telling your customers that they have a new case manager, putting an even bigger stress load on your customers I don’t understand the lack of communication
