The lack of communication in this daycare is wild. Called a meeting about our child who had been in this daycare for one year.
We went months without an incident report.
All of a sudden we had a meeting. We truly thought things were going to get better. Then another meeting. And another. The director gave us the run around on everything. We asked multiple times to see camera footage. We got one yes and one no. We ended up being told we couldn't see it. The director and I came face to face one morning when I had asked to see an incident the day before at nap time. She quickly responded with "nobody hurt your child"
When my child named her. Whitney went back on the camera to look for herself and she said she didn't see anything. (She's from the board)
The current director also fired back with "don't you think we are getting tired of your child too" when I told her we were tired of the run around.

We had another meeting for this and nothing was solved. His final day in the daycare he was sent home within an hour of him being there. We told them the day before he was going to be removed for a better chance. The next day they removed him. She made me sign the unenrollment form when I dropped him off and she called me an hour later to come pick him up.

It has been almost 3 weeks and.im still waiting on a call back from Whitney about this whole ordeal. She has been avoiding me. I have called twice.

We do wish that no other parents have to deal with what we've had to.
This used to be a good school.

The summer program was fine but I’ve worked on the daycare side one full week and have gotten nothing but dirty looks and attitudes was told I have to let kids kick and spit on me because that’s what kids do, had a meeting and was given a chance to redeem myself and was fired for voicing my opinions to the same teachers that so called tattled on me so management sucked i very much disliked the new assistant manager because she had atttitude with me since i started but that’s ok the feeling was mutual. Was told that parents didn’t like my teaching style which was false because if you’re concerned with your teacher as a parent you’d go to that teacher so i found that very interesting that they couldn’t even put names on the parents that were saying those thing! My passion is working with kids and because they were petty and childish and didn’t like me they formulated a fake statement just to get rid of me!!! If you’re a person of color meaning not white ion recommend working here!!

Look else where. Has a good reputation from years back, currently a terrible place for children. My baby was not fed bottles, he was forced to eat baby food out of a sippy cup bc he “couldn’t eat off a spoon” aka it took too much effort to feed him, bottles were always propped on blankets to feed him if I walked in, my older son was terribly mistreated, if you question anything that happens the director will dance around the question making it your fault some how or what you’re saying couldn’t possibly be true. Just trust me and look else where.

I just called to inquire about this daycare and the lady was SUPER RUDE for my twins. As I will be relocating to Anniston in 2weeks. If she was rude on the phone I can only imagine what the children are experiencing in her care. Defiantly will not be considering this facility. Please be aware.

This is the BEST place you can send your child. We have been very pleased with the teachers, security of daycare, and caring of everyone. I NEVER had anyone be rude to us.

This has been a wonderful and growing experience for little one. Hot meals, fun activities and a great environment has made this transition into daycare so much more pleasant.
