Ive had a few sessions with Frankie so far. I am a former elite athlete, trying to become a pro again. Frankie is helping me in reaching my goals. I'm really impressed by his attentiveness, and knowledge. He spent a lot of time with me in the beginning talking with me, and getting an understanding of what I'm trying to accomplish. His workouts are great! Very easy to do and understand. Even with my slightly larger size, I am able to accomplish everything he's given me. Each time I've been, I've felt really good afterwards. He creates a program that will work for you, your goals and specific body type. Injuries, and body size are all factored into what your body can handle safely and effectively.
They gym is really clean, and has great equipment. It's a very relaxed, professional environment.
I've been to all of the gyms in the area, and this is definitely the best in the Santa Ynez valley.
