Update April 2024: the café is phenomenal. Great gluten-free and vegan options. I got the bear paw on gluten free and strawberry hedgehog smoothie. Highly recommend 👌
The sauna is still my favorite. The store is adorable as always. Added some new photos.

This place is so relaxing. Came for Saturday morning yoga, then used the salt room, then the sauna, and HIGHLY recommend. Excellent yoga instructor(Erica), salt room was so relaxing with the music, then sweat fest in the sauna. The shop is adorable. Wonderful range of gifts-plants, books, jewelry, candles, crystals, among so much more. Go, your mental health will thank you💓

I went to The Iron Cactus for the first time last weekend. It was wonderful! I took a Somatic Breathwork class that ran 1.5 hours. It was held in their yoga studio. I experienced such a release. I then visited their lovely gift shop filled with high-quality, organic gift items. I also got their Crown-of-Thorns grain bowl at their small cafe. It was delicious and I got two meals out of it. I can't recommend this place enough. The atmosphere is welcoming. I've already signed up for another class. Also, there was plenty of parking and they're conveniently located off of Route 125 in Kingston, NH. Go--you'll love it!

First off, wonderful and friendly service. The food was off the chain, I took 2 meat eating carnivores to have breakfast. Not only did they not miss having a meatless meal but they both also said it was the best breakfast they had ever had. The shop was so cute and I enjoyed it very much as well.

Great afternoon at the Iron Cactus for Galentine! First time but definitely not my last! Loved the sauna and the oracle reading especially but all the activities were great! It is such a warm and empowering space, full of beautiful souls!

My bonus daughter and I have visited the Iron Cactus 2 days in a row, we love it! Food was great, smoothies were great, saunas were warm and cozy and yoga was fantastic with Liz. We plan on making a weekly trip, great spot!

My friend and I went for the salt room and sauna. It was the perfect combination for relaxation and stress relief! We are excited to go back again because it literally felt like a whole spa day or a warm vacation. The store is super fun to explore too and we found the best gifts for ourselves and others. Erica was a joy to talk to and very helpful. I highly recommend a trip there!

This was such a fun night!!! We made candles and a flower arrangement, went in the sauna and the salt room and had some delicious vegan food!! Spectacular evening with friends!! We’ll definitely go to the next Wellness night!!
