So thankful I found this place! I had been studying on my own for months and started looking for ways to learn in person--hands on--that might further my understanding. This place was it. Ron and Van are exceptional instructors with years of experience under them. As a current casino employee attempting to segue into IT, I feel very lucky and grateful that this place exists..I completed my first cert thanks to these guys!(Nikko & Garvin also)

It's to my understanding that the ownership has changed prior to my arrival. The website seems to be updating periodically, and the technology on site rivals that of UNLV's. If you're interested in IT or going back to school to improve your comprehension of the ever-changing world of technology, do yourself a favor and check this place out! It will be infinitely quicker AND likely a bit cheaper than the traditional schools around southern LV.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the employees (owner possibly?) named Nikko, and he made me feel so comfortable before taking 2 major exams! The area was very well maintained and easy to find. Everyone was so nice, I highly recommend this location.

I took CCNA certification courses at The Learning Center. I was impressed with the instructor Mike B and thought he was extremely knowledgeable. His real-world experience was really instrumental me in understanding the material and I passed the combo exam on the first pass. My experience was great and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for training and certification.

The work that TLC does is just simply amazing! They are community based learning center offer TOP OF THE LINE & STATE OF THE ART COMPUTER & MODERN TECHNOLOGY TRAINING COURSES! They have everything from SQL training to Cyber Security courses. They have a program that is called the Technology Boot Camp. I am hoping to get the opportunity to attend the courses available but with everything that has been going on in the world I am just unsure of when that might be. I was supposed to have attended in March of 2020 but because pretty much everything in the world decided to change and go array leaving TLC ni choice but to cancel the courses being offered at the time. Long story short if your interested in gaining the knowledge of everything technology then the learning center is precisely where you want to start at. I highly recommend everyone who is interested in just wanting to learn more so they can work towards a great future and career. I do believe that they also offer training courses other than computer training courses .

Not every one will have a positive experience. My experience is more recent and from the time I made the first call I felt important. My counselor was very professional and the staff their is awesome! I would recommend this school to anyone. Whomever the last post was speaking on (phone S%$ girl) none of the counselor there display any signs of that. I have met with all 3 Ms. Monica, Ms. Kim and Ms. Vianey and they each have treated me with respect.

This school and the people here go to battle for you to make sure that you get everything that you need. Of course there are some hiccups but then you learn to roll with it and in the end you are better for it. They prepared me for the real world in finding a job! Resume review, mock interviews....etc.! All in all I love the school!

This is a long overdue posting. I have taken two instructor-led certification classes (C|EH and CISSP) with The Learning Center. The instructors are very involved with the students and want to see everyone of them succeed and reach their goal (certification). The staff is really personable, professional, and helpful. I would recommend The Learning Center to anyone I know in the Vegas area.

I would give them a whooping -5 stars if I could! They are not professional at all, and I am not even sure about the exam taking because I couldn't even take my exam in the first place! (I wish I saw these reviews prior to going.) First of all I scheduled to take my test on Monday with them on the phone. When she was able to find my information she then confirmed that it was me with my first name, then I said yes along with my last name (I even gave her my email with my last name). After that she asked for my voucher information, once she entered my voucher information she said "wow, I got it entered right the first time" <- I should have taken this as a warning sign. Before I left my apt to take the test I called to confirm that I was good to go, and double checked to see if I needed to bring anything else other than my two ID's. She said no just that. Right when I get there, the UI that they use for PearsonVue is down so they call them and that takes 30 minutes. While they are trying to get their system back up I hand her my two forms of ID and she then says "Oh I don't think this is the last name that I have for your registration." At this point I am already anxious to take my test so I was hoping that she was mistaken. When their systems come up she checks and the registration that she put me under is under my maiden name!!!!!! So she says "you don't happen to have your marriage license on you do you?". I pulled up the clark county site and showed her my record, but then she says she needs a physical certified copy!! I am burning mad at this point so I just leave, and she then tells me that I need to call Pearson Vue! I called Pearson Vue to make an incident report, and also asked if I can reschedule, when I check with The Learning Center the next day, they tell me I need to buy a new voucher! Point blank: The confirmation email that I got from them only came with The date, time and Confirmation ID. I had no clue it was under my maiden name, I called before hand to double check to make sure everything was good on my end. They did not confirm that it was under my maiden name. I AM NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO DO SOME RESEARCH AND QUADRUPLE CONFIRM BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT TAKING YOUR EXAM HERE!

I had a great time learning @ TLC, they were very professional, provided excellent training material, and kept me motivated to take my Security+ exam. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this school/institution versus other facilities who don't provide as much support or personalized customer service.
