Staff could not be rude, multiple appointments that we would show up for and they would tell us they were cancelled, testing assistance was horrific (unequipped to work with children that had disabilities and standoffish), staff/clerical/testing assistance could not have been more unconcerned/bored with why we were there to access help, dismissed my concerns about both my son and they way we were being treated- ultimately I paid for testing that was determined to be "invalid." Do not use this agency. There are others out there who want to help, that are able to meet your child's needs and provide answers!! I highly recommend Mountain View’s Wellness Center. Dr. Landers is incredible. We had all our testing done in one day. I should point out all of the testing is done by the doctor himself. To make things even more amazing, they gave me a written report within a week.
